1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
You receive a damaged or defective product. You receive the wrong item. Your order is incomplete due to our error. Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund To initiate a return or refund, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order:

3. Return Process If a return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The return shipping cost may be covered by us if the issue is due to our error.
4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval. Refunds are processed within 7 days using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products. Items not purchased directly from our website. Gift cards or promotional items.
